Good morning,

I am trying to send a mass email through the free version of Zoho.  When I do this, I receive a message on the screen saying I need to update to the paid version.

However, on the Zoho website, it states:

'You start for free
Start with 2,000 contacts and send up to 12,000 emails/month in the free plan. You can upgrade only when you need to."

Can someone please let me know if you can send mass emails from the free version, and if so, how can I do this?
