Frequent IMAP connectivity problems

This has been an ongoing issue and the priority of the problem has recently escalated.

Frequently throughout the day, I am unable to connect to the IMAP server.  My personal domain and my family's domain are hosted here.  For these addresses it is not quite as urgent that email be received on a timely basis. 

Recently, we started a small business and I decided to host the email here, due to familiarity and, to be honest, price.  There are 3 addresses for the business so far, so it didn't make sense going to outlook.com or gmail, yet.

But this is now a real issue, email is a vital part of our business communication and receipt of email cannot be subject to the whim of Zoho IMAP servers.

As I have written this, I have watched one of my domains have a connectivity error, then another domain and then my business domain, then one or two would come back, and one would drop again. 

Because this is now impacting business, unless I can get a stable service I will be forced to move this domain to one of the big players.  

I get that this is a "free" service but as the business grows we know we would have to pay for email hosting.  I can't help but question if the stability of the service you provide to your "free" clients is not business class why would should I trust the service for my business?
