From Free to Professional upgrade with fails?

From Free to Professional upgrade with fails?

I like ZOHO CRM and after upgraded to payed version (Professional) I continue without use the tabs Quotes, Price Books etc, with a message that my version still the old (the free version that I upgraded to Professional).

Looking the upgrade process, it´s allright, and I was billed.

What should I do? I am waiting for the support area but without answer that fits in my case.
