frozen email account

I have a free zoho mail account that I set up to transfer the emails to my outlook via POP. As it was transferring, I never checked my zoho page. Well, it wasn't deleting the emails, just transferring. Now the account is frozen due to 'excessive usage'. So, how do I unfreeze the the account and delete all the emails? How do I ensure all the emails are being deleted in the future?
