I’d like some advice on this:.

I currently have a business website hosted externally  and an Exchange Server email system which uses the same url.  I use Outlook 365 for diary, tasks, and address book as well as email. 

I have a subscription to the Zoho CRM which I use as my CRM.  So far I have been manually synchronise emails, contacts, the diary and tasks between Outlook and Zoho.  But this has become inefficient and time consuming.  I now need complete real-time integration between Outlook and Zoho CRM.  I THINK the only way I can do this is by terminating my Outlook Exchange Server account with the external supplier and instead transferring my business urlo  Zoho Mail as my mail host.  Does anyone know if there's a way I can get complete integration between Zoho CRM and Outlook Exchange email short of this? I’d much appreciate your advice on how to do it.
