Now I need to create the functions.  

The goal is to streamline task management and improve user participation.

Attached is an image that makes my goal clear.

[ Task Completed ] function should change the earliest task status to completed

[ Call in 3 days ] function should create a follow call task in 3 days associated to open contact and current user.

Any help would be immensely appreciated.

I like to create forum posts to be found with a search and help others.
