I want to be able to track my pipeline or funnel with a conversion rate from Lead to a closed sale (including the different stages of the contact or potential).
I can't find a way to group leads and contacts (or potentials) so that I can visualize a report with this pipeline. It seems I have to have a report for leads and a separate one for contacts. Is there anyway to consolidate a funnel or report throughout the whole sales cycle?
Basically I would like to see:
Leads Potential Stage 1 Potential Stage 2 Potential Sale
