Further Help with "Quantity in stock"

Hello Zoho Gurus

I am new to Zoho CRM - I am putting in my historical data for year ending 2009 - - my company started from scratch at the beginning of 2009 with no stock at all.

I have put in all my purchase orders but the stock I have purchased does not show up at all in stock quantity, stock in demand etc - how do I link the data from the Purchase Orders to the Stock Inventory listing??? Please do not tell me this cannot be done (hi hi) as I was hoping to use Zoho CRM as an inventory tracking system - ie put in stock purchase orders and customer sales invoices and have the stock report show me what the status of my inventory is on any given day.

Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated
