Gallery templates in Zoho Mail

Gallery templates in Zoho Mail

Hello,

Although email support (support@eu.zohomail.com) wasn't able to answer my question, I'm hoping for better luck here.

I signed up for the 'Mail Premium Trial' plan and am very interested in its features. However, all email template categories are empty in Zoho Mail.

By 'default email templates,' I mean pre-built templates with 1 or 2 columns where you only need to replace logos, images, and text. These templates are available in Zoho Campaigns (see attached image) and, I believe, in Zoho CRM as well. Are these templates also available for Zoho Mail, or do I need a paid plan to access them?
