As you are aware, we recently made Motivator for Zoho CRM available for Zoho One, CRMPlus and CRM Ultimate editions. Since Motivator has all the features of Gamescope and even more advanced gamification, we are planning to EOL Gamescope on 30th November, 2021 and we will support Gamescope until then. Gamescope will not be available for new Zoho CRM accounts from the 1st October, 2021.

Motivator will now also be available for Professional and Enterprise editions of Zoho CRM.

Here's how Motivator is more advanced than Gamescope:

1. In Gamescope, you create badges for sales activities and those badges apply to everyone in your organization. Using Motivator, you can create targets for specific users, teams, or even the whole organization so badges can be personalized.

2. You can create teams in Motivator and start games between teams or users, whereas Gamescope only allows games between groups or users.

3. With Motivator, you can create powerful dashboards that consist of your KPIs, targets and games in a consolidated view.

4. Motivator's analytics lets you break down KPIs and targets to be compared against other KPIs/targets, users, teams or for the whole organization.

5. You also get a lot more data when you dive into Motivator's game analytics. You can see which KPIs, records or even users influenced the game. You also get point logs and a timeline so you know who scores the most for your sales and when, which is not available in Gamescope.

6. Motivator can be broadcast live with the TV channel option.
