We want to optimize our database of leads and contacts!
Sending a postal mailing, some of the letters returned to sender. I want to update the address in ZOHO. I thought it would be easy to change the general information like address, postal code, general phone number on company level. Unfortunately these changes were not made on contact-level.
Could someone tell me how the these changes automatically will be made on both the company and contact level?
