General Sinc problem

Hello
I'm new here and work for now with the free version.

I put all the info on PC like new prospects, contacts, phones call etc.... and when I take my tablet or phone I dont see any changes or upgrades. I't look empty
I'm connected with the same user and pass....

When I done it on the phone, It was upgraded instantly

What I do wrong from the PC?
