Hi,

Has anyone figured out a way to create a zoho calendar that is populated by everything in projects -- all projects and their related tasks, milestones, issues etc in one calendar that multiple users can refer to and see the same thing? 

For instance we thought maybe we could add out scheduler to every milestone in every project and then he could share his calendar with everyone.  Then he could just schedule things in projects that would appear in every instance of the shared calendar each of our users are using.

We tried this and when they shared their calendar with me I could see everything but when we shared it with another one of our users, he could not see anything, even after manually forcing a sync.
