A sendmail function from an individual record in a report that will permit the user to attach a file?

A function can be created to send an email from an  individual record in a form. This is useful because the record Filename can be used to create the email subject line. However i wish  the user to have the opportunity to attach a file to the email before it is sent. Is this possible?
