Generate an heatmap for applications with private area
Hello,
I'm trying to create an heatmap of my B2B e-commerce main page in order to track what search functions are most used by our customers.
I'm trying to create an heatmap of my B2B e-commerce main page in order to track what search functions are most used by our customers.
Problem is: I get an "Unable to load site" error message (see attachment).
I suppose the problem is linked to the fact that PageSense is not able to login and, as a consequence, is not able to "see" the main page.
Can this be the reason? If yes, how can I solve the problem?

CSS not loading in heat map view
I ran into a problem with two different websites where when I view the heat map experiment, the CSS for the page is not loaded under the heat map overlay. When going to the page directly, everything looks fine. The page also looks right on the Experiments page where a screenshot is used as the thumbnail... The sites are both WordPress websites. I've tried both the regular snippet and async. I'm hoping this has been seen before and there's a solution. Thanks!

Hi, I need to remove dummy survey responses (those I created during evaluation period), and invalid ones - responses received from Cancelled tickets - which is a custom status we use to close spam, duplicate, or internal emails.
