Generate Revision Number in Format 1.0.3

Generate Revision Number in Format 1.0.3

Hi all,

I am trying to implement an automatic version number for our management system, so when we make a change, it will go from 1.0.3 -> 1.0.4 and so forth.

Can anyone help me with this, please?
