we have clients who order several times during a month via web forms. We do transcriptions and translations, so these orders are mostly task to translate some files here and some other there.
We do monthly invoicing to our customers including all sales orders of the month. The have sometimes 40 different sales orders, so logically, they don't want to receive 40 individual invoices for this. In our old system, it was easy to make one invoice out of many sales order.
However, this seems to be not possible with Zoho. I was quite surprised as I thought this is a basic feature relevant to many use cases.
My questions: Is there anybody else who had this need and is there any kind of workaround to merge several sales order into one invoice.
