German monthly Accounting / monatlicher Export von Eingangs und Ausgangsrechnungen über Zoho Books / Deutschland

Dear Users, Dear Team,
for german Accounting we need to export every month ALL incomming Invocies and ALL outgoing invoices as PDF File!
All Documents are in ZOHO Books, but there is no option to export the files!
we need an option for export like this:
Export from 01.06.2021-31.06.2021 all inomming invoices (we paid for) and all sendet Invoices (we get paid for) as PDF FILEs.
It´s a necessary feature for german accounting, and one of the standards for every Accounting-Software oll over the market.
Please provide us an solution for it. (or is a solution out there we don't know)
For German Businesses its extremely critical when it don't works.
Here is an express solution needed!

To give you a background, these leads were uploaded or Imported at once but the lead status record was incorrectly chosen.
