I have a domain setup with 2 other users setup. All of the accounts are mine and I would like to see the emails from all of them in my super admin account. Any way to do this? Basically it is similar to having multiple gmail accounts but want to see them all in one mailbox.

Hello,

We suspect that you are referring to adding the external account and access them through single login.

POP or Post Office Protocol enables you to access the emails in any email client of your choice. POP performs one-way email retrieval and there is no sync between the email clients and server.

You can add your other account as POP under your Zoho account.

You will be able to switch between accounts.

Access your Zoho Mail account>>Settings>>Mail>>Add POP3 Account.

Refer here for more details.

After adding POP, go back to your Zoho Mail inbox and refresh the page once.

You will notice a '@' symbol on the left pane.

Click on it and you will switch to the account you added.

Click on the mail icon on top left to access your main Zoho account.

If this is not the issue you are referring to, please come back to us with more detailed information of the query for further assistance.

Sorry, no I setup zoho with my personal domain of clarksdomain.com. I have setup 2 other users that are mcheclark@clarksdomain.com and che967201@clarksdomain.com along with my super admin account of checlark@clarksdomain.com. I want to have all 3 coming to my super admin account which is checlark@clarksdomain.com. Hopefully I am making some sense. I know I am not the only one to encounter this situation.

Hello,

We would like to let you know that there are two features namely :

1. Email Forwarding :

Email forwarding is nothing but from which you can automatically forward all the incoming emails to another account of your choice as a backup copy.

(i.e All the emails that are received in the other email accounts will be automatically routed to your Super-admin account ).

Refer here for more details on Email Forwarding.

2. POP3 account :

POP or Post Office Protocol enables you to access the emails in any email client of your choice. POP performs one-way email retrieval and there is no sync between the email clients and server.

(i.e You can view all other email accounts through a single account itself by adding them as a POP3 account).

Refer here for more details on POP3 account setup.

I want to retrieve the email list for my users and send emails on their behalf using APIs. When I use my admin account to fetch the email list, it works successfully. However, when I change the account ID to one of my users' accounts, I receive an empty data response: `[]`.

Similarly, sending emails using my admin account works fine. But when I try to send an email using the account ID and email that belong to any of my users, I get the error: "Account not exist."

How can I resolve these issues to allow user-specific email operations through the APIs?

Hello @Andrew Haliem

Please note that our APIs do not permit admins to send emails on behalf of users. The APIs are structured to allow each user to send emails solely from their own account, using their individually generated OAuth token (from that specific user's session).

In-case of further queries or assistance required, please drop an email to support@zohomail.com.
