We have a quick update about Zia notifications. Let's go!
Zia instantly notifies you of the alerts, anomalies, and updates observed in CRM. It grabs your attention and lets you prioritize your work items.
Thus far, these updates are displayed only on the notification panel. Now to enhance versatility, we are adding the following avenues besides Zia Notification panel:
- Zoho Cliq - as bot message
- Slack - as bot message
- Email - as automated email notifications
For each notification type, you can choose the channel based on your preference. For example, as a sales manager, if you would like to stay updated about the records that are untouched for the past 7 days, you can opt to receive instant anomaly notifications via
Zoho Cliq or
Slack.

What are the prerequisites?
Receiving notifications via Zia notification panel is a default option and you cannot disable it. If you would like to receive notifications in other channels, then they must be integrated with your Zoho CRM organization.
