getting bigger tabs in home menu

getting bigger tabs in home menu

hi,
I'd like to have bigger tabs in my home menu.
I mean, not by selecting 2 columns, but by "stretching" the tab in order to view more tasks (for example, or more leads in the leads tabs ...) without having to click on the "next" button.
is it currently possible ?
