Getting Bounce back messages from Hotmail and AOL

Good Afternoon,

I recently started having problems delivery emails to recipients with AOL, MSN and Hotmail accounts. The bounce back messages received refer to the IP address for Zoho has having a bad reputation.

Is this something that can be fixed?
