Getting "Object Not Found in Database" When Clicking "Advanced CRM" Link After Upgrade

Dear Zoho Support Staff,

I recently upgraded ZOHO reports to standard in order to take advantage of "Advanced CRM Analytics" functionality.

However, when I click the "Advanced CRM Analytics" link, I get this error message (and nothing else):

"Object Not Found in Database".

I previously did the trial, but canceled it.  At the time the tool worked, but I did not have enough data.   I suspect this error is somehow related to my having signed up before and canceled.

Please Help!
