getting started

Good day all,

I am just getting started in zoho. Myself and the company president are evaluating the program and are having a time getting going.

I found zoho and signed up and started adding leads. I sent an invitation to our president to show him the program and the leads I input. he was not able to view my leads so I updated his user profile to see if that would help.

I logged in today and his user info is gone. I tried to add him as a user again and it states that email address is already taken.

Where did he go? He said he was logged in but I could not find him. Help!
