Getting the contact details from CRM or Campaigns without asking it

Dear team,

I am creating customer satisfaction surveys about services or the usage of Zoho CRM.
They Survey is triggered by an automation from Zoho CRM. I would like to avoid having the customer indicating his name and email address if I already have this data. Is it possible for Survey to get data from the URL (parameters)?
