getting the ticket number

I've read the api guide and am getting a server error when I try to get my license id in the following fashion:

https://accounts.zoho.com/login?servicename=[ZohoCRM]&FROM_AGENT=true&LOGIN_ID=[myloginid]&PASSWORD=[mypassword]

Any help would be appreciated.  This is the error it generates:  Server error occurred. Please try after sometime
