So we are still testing thanks to the great Zoho team for firstly getting pricelists working (essential) and writing some code to hide delivery and pickup options. Brilliant.

So price lists are a definite mainly because of VAT. We run our Zoho books with every thing priced as plus vat which is fine for that side but on an e-commerce site customers want to see inclusive prices. Turning that on in commerce does not do what you think. It just takes the ex-vat price from books. The answer so far is to use the price list feature to make the new price include VAT. Not completely obvious.

The other problem (ish) is that even on pickup the system asks for shipping address. This should be only billing address.

In the notes section we really need to give some guidance. We wish to ask them what day they wish to pickup and for delivery where to leave the products.
