Getting three email notifications for events in Calendar in Zoho mail

Getting three email notifications for events in Calendar in Zoho mail

Hi, I've created an event in the calendar from Zoho mail and I get three email notifications for it.  The event is set up with one reminder to email me 15 minutes beforehand as per below.

Any ideas please?
