I am an Enterprise Plan user. And I find that error Gibberish characters shown in the export CSV file as I am using Traditional Chinese (in both the field name and the field value.)

And I have found in the forum that this problem was reported 5 years ago and there is still a problem there.

Please let me know if you are going to fix it or i will simply switch to another CRM vendor.
