Our company sales franchises. We have several different franchise brands and different sales associates working the brands. The franchisors would like to have access to the CRM (as a user) to review all lead activity for their brands.
There should be a simple solution, but I cannot figure out how. Can anyone help?
I have chatted with the Zoho support team, they have given me solutions, but nothing works so far. It could be me, as I'm not a developer, but have done lots of configurations on different CRM's.
