Given emailId already exists (but it does not exist)

Hello, 

Recently I have created an account for my organization.
After having gone through all the configuration process (domain validation, SPF, DIM, added accounts, groups etc), I found out that I had an old account. So I made the decision (wrong I guess) to delete the new account and do all the configuration again for this old account. Everything is fine with the configuration on this "old" account however I can't add the following emails because it says it already exists (probably on the "new" account that is already deleted):

- sac@dermabox.com.br
- comercial@dermabox.com.br

and many more emails that were created as groups on the old account.

Can you help please? :)
