I want to take a moment to publicly note the improved responsiveness of the ZCRM support team in the forums. I have noticed that the team has been doing a much better job of quickly responding.
I also find that the new "Status" labels that are applied to forum posts are helpful as well
In the past I have scolded the ZCRM team when I felt they were not paying attention. I think it is only fair to praise them when they make improvements.
This is a very good start and I hope to see the team continue to improve further.
