I extract the relevant sales pipeline reports for a fixed time period as an excel file.
1. I have created a weekly pipeline report which is sent by email every Friday.
2. this file along with other data is linked to an
excel dashboard file.
3. During our weekly meet this helps in getting a status of our sales pipeline salesman wise, product wise, area wise etc., along with region wise sales in the Excel dashboard.
My problem is this.
ZOHO CRM has a unique way of naming the export file (some random numbers)
Also the sheet name has a very unique logic in naming.
Can I have a routine in the report definitions which will name the excel file UNIQUELY and also the sheet name UNIQUELY ?
At present we are forced to rename the file as well as the sheet name to make it compatible to the excel DASHBOARD file.
