This is the issue with Zoho. All you hear is false promises and apologies. What ai don’t understand is why segregate USA, India and GCC when the basic accounting methods and procedures are same globally. It’s like asking a chartered accountant to study with limited tools to work in a certain country. When you roll out a software you need to ensure that everyone who uses it has access to all its features and not o let ooh it’s for US or India customers. Last time I checked basic of accounting is similar all around the world. When you promote and sell you products there is no where that you say your access is limited to your region only. So pull up your socks Zoho and fix peoples problem. Instead of your petty apologies.
