Global Search doesn't work

When I try to search something using Global Search, doesn't appears.

For example y search "pepsico" the url is https://crm.zoho.com/crm/GlobalSearch1.do?sModules=AllEntities&searchword=PEPSICO but nothing appears.

Appears message "searching" but it didn't finish.

Some recomendation about what to check?
