Global Search is Broken

Global Search is broken because of several reasons:

1. Global search does not sort results by relevant order
a. If searched words "apple orange kiwi" results display any results containing all of those keywords but does not prioritize the results that exactly match "apple orange kiwi"

2. There is no way to edit your search after inputting it into Global Search. (another user has been having this issue for the past 4 years) https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/bug-or-intentional-behavior-for-global-search

3. Boolean Operators - If Zoho does not have an advanced search function an easy way to fix this is to create operators to allow users to use with the Global Search. https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewSolution?id=000230635&language=en_US
