Global Search Issue within Zoho CRM

Hello Enterprise Support Community,


Currently, when using Global Search in Zoho CRM, the results are currently appearing in a transparent pop-up window. This issue is occurring in both CRM Plus and Zoho One.

As a workaround, please advise your users to use the Advanced Search option (as seen below) until the behavior is resolved.


I will continue to monitor this issue and post an update as soon as it is correct.
