Is it possible to do the following.....
So I have a record for every job, some records require me to do an additional task but later on. What I want to do is pass the information from some fields in a record into a global todo list.
e.g. Fields to pass to Global todo list.
Date: 25/7/2013
Task: Phone Mr. Jones and ask when he is free for the meeting.

19/6/2013 Phone Mr Brown to cancel meeting
21/6/2013 Remind Mr Smith to bring his documents with him
25/7/2013 Phone Mr. Jones and ask when he is free for the meeting.
