OK, spent 5 hours and am stopping. I must be stupid. I setup gMail w ZOHO and expected that any email sent to or from a Potential contact from gmail would update their profile so I would have a running history. Well . . . not working. There is no wizard, no clear instructions, and even the support video is wrong: ex - there is no "profile" item for me to select where it says I should. I feel this should be easier to setup, and can't afford to waste another 5 hours.
Is there any help for morons like me to get this working?
