GMail can't authenticate w/POP3 - Authentication error

My GMail account has not been able to pull mail from my ZOHO mail account for about 2 months. The settings all seem correct and I've tried to follow the help docs though they don't match the settings for mail that I see (new interface issue?). I'm stuck and not sure where to turn next. I've submitted a request for help but have not heard back yet.
