Gmail and our outlook has been working just fine. Been using it POP3 for years, We need to keep the data files for security reasons.So we cant use IMAP
When I originally set up the CRM and the mail, The outgoing was fine but nothing came in,
Then I found the trick to getting the 2 way email responses to work under the mail addon app. The next day I realized something,, I had no new emails in my outlook,nothing changed I just attached the Zoho Mail app from the CRM to my Gmail emails POP settings.
When I went and looked, all the emails that day went in the zoho box and never made it on my PC. So I checked the gmail app on my phone. All emails were there..
I then download thunderbird. Installed my gmail (it defaulted to IMAP) and BINGO there were all my emails..
Previously to this, I called support, and some rude guy said I should hire an IT to figure this out.... I dont think that's, since it probably a setting or something,,,,
So since I cannot use IMAP and MUST use POP3 accounts for our office pc;s...
PLEASE WHAT DO I DO to get this to send mail to the CRM and for outlook to receive the messages????
