Hi, I wrote to support at zohomail dot com already but no responce from there...
We use zohomail for our domain xeniumcompany.com. One of our users nelly at xeniumcompany.com has gmail forwarding which returns the following
Some recipients of nelly at xenium.bg might not receive your message. We will attempt to deliver your message to the following recipients, but they failed to receive some other recent messages.
Below is a sample of recent errors we received when trying to mail these recipients (these are not errors from your message.)
nelly at xeniumcompany.com: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain xeniumcompany.com by mx.zoho.com. [165.254.168.50].
The error that the other server returned was:
541 5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain
Please tell me is there any chance that to be fixed, or we should move to another service?
