Gmail IMAP integration
I'm new to Zoho CRM and learning. I'm on the free CRM version.
I'm trying to configure the IMAP function to integrate my gmail account. I'm following the procedures in the knowledge base, but I can't get to the Email Settings page.
The Chanels/Email window only has "Organization Email Addresses" menu.
Is the IMAP integration still available on the free tier ? How do I get to it?
