Gmail Integration in CRM via Zoho Mail App -- "No records found"

Hi all,

I'm trying to integrate Gmail with Zoho CRM. In the Emails section of the contacts module, it does list the "Emails sent from CRM" alright, but does not list any emails from " ZMail Public Users ". Any clue why this is the case?
