gmail migration / authentication issue

Hi,

I've been struggling for the past two days to set up gmail POP3 to start getting my gmail mail in zoho. I have tried everything that's been said at the gmail help page ( https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754), unlocked access to the "less safe" applications, did anything I could find... to no avail. It still give the message " AUTH] Web login required: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754". 

What can I do?
