I set up sending my ZOHO email through GMAIL. By following instructions in ZOHO help, I was able to send ZOHO in my gmail account. However, it suddenly failed several days ago. So I tried to set it up again, and I always gave the following error:
Authentication failed. Please check your username/password. [Server response: 535 Authentication Failed code(5350)]
Here are my settings:
- Account name: simon.wu@coboosting.com
- Two-factor Authentication: disabled
- Pop and IMAP: both enabled in ZOHO settings
- SMTP server used in Gmail: smtp.zoho.com
- Port: 465
- Authentication: SSL
There is definitely no issue in inputting password.
I am not sure why it worked before and suddenly failed several days ago, and then no longer worked anymore.
