I have an email address hosted via Gmail

Previously, I could access this via iPhone & iPad Mail and Outlook - all worked fine

Since adding this gmail address to Zoho - I'm having trouble accessing via these other devices

On iPhone & iPad mail and Outlook, all incoming mail now goes straight to Trash (since setting up on Zoho)

On Zoho account settings, I have the delete area set to "Leave a copy on the server"

Is there something else I need to adjust to fix?

p.s. In adding the Gmail address, I followed the instructions here :  http://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-mail/configure-gmail-account.html  - and have enable POP forwarding in the Gmail account as instructed.
