For those of us that are "standard" GMail users (vs. GApps), can Zoho release a sidebar gadget that performs similar functionality as the embedded/contextual gadgets when you sign in to ZCRM via GApps.
Google Labs has an option to "Add any gadget by URL", which does allow you to "link" your Zoho CRM/Tasks into GMail, but it's not based on the current email/contact you're viewing (like Rapportive). I'm thinking more along the lines of either a contextual gadget for standard GMail users within a message (like GApps users have), or a sidebar addon that matches based on email address.
