Gmail to Zoho migration Authenticatino details being rejected

I'm trying to migrate my gmail emails over zoho and I'm getting the error message "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password."

I have enabled Imap and Pop in gmail and when I try multiple times to migrate the emails over I get an email from google that says "suspicious sign in attempt prevented :

Someone recently used your password to try to sign in to your Google Account oakandbarrelnyc@gmail.com . This person was using an application such as an email client or mobile device.

So my password is correct but google is blocking my sign in attempt from Zoho. How can I resolve this issue?
