We're very surprised not to have this feature yet. We'd like to be able to activate an option related to Gmail integration: open a new mail in Gmail when we click an email address in Zoho CRM.

Zoho CRM syncs with Gmail so we don't need to use Zoho CRM email client, which is very far from Gmail's efficiency.

Keep focusing on a CRM, drop the email to our own specialized email services.
